Forgotten Password

  1. Computer needs to be connected to the internet
  2. Have your Customer Reference Number (CRN) available. Contact the office if unavailable.
  3. Click on HerdMASTER login Screen (where the password is required)
  4. Click on forgot password (blue hyperlink)
  5. Enter CRN with relevant database and click OK. Your username and password will be emailed to the address we have on file for you.
