Set Up Trait Templates

Trait templates are used in the Crush Side Recording Utility, they are designed to enable grouping of a set of traits together so that when entering data at the crush you can enter data for all those traits in one session easily.

Setting up a trait template

1. Click Setup > Traits > Trait Template and the Setup Trait Headers window will appear.
2. Click on the Add button and enter a name and any descriptive details you wish.
3. The Trait template will appear in the list (as above) simply double click it or select it and press the details button to set it up.
4. Then simply select the traits you will want on this template and the default value that should come up when the template is used.
5. Click Save and Close when you are finished adding traits
